As the head of Finance and Administration and Business Development, I oversee financial planning, budgeting, and operational strategy, while also leading efforts to grow our client base and develop new partnerships. With a strong background in accounting, human resources, and business consulting, I bring a detailed, results-driven approach to every project. My goal is to ensure our company runs efficiently while building lasting relationships that drive sustainable growth. What I enjoy most about our company is the genuine commitment to inclusion, innovation, and helping people thrive. I love being part of a team that values creativity, diversity, and forward thinking.
Fun Fact: I make my own all-natural spice blends and have a deep passion for cooking and entrepreneurship.

Miguel Flores
Product Manager
Hi, my name is Miguel Flores. I am a Product Manager here at SoundGen. In essence, I oversee making sure the product is solving the job to be done. I hope to grow with SoundGen and reach new heights through solving challenges that were not thought to be possible to solve. I really enjoy working with the people here at SoundGen, since we all started this journey together, and seeing everyone's growth and transformation has been very cool and I look forward to seeing how we all will continue to grow and transform.
In my free time I enjoy good music and swimming at the beach. I also have been known to dance sometimes.

Andrew Safonov
Developer
Andrew is a part of the Product Development team, building spec sheets and diagrams to help in the development process as well as build out the program himself. Andrew has 5+ years of experience programming in one form or another, from C# and Java to whatever else game engines use. You could probably tell, but he has a hobby of game development (any creative expression, really), as well as gaming proper, though he probably wouldn't admit it.

Hi, my name is Raiana, and I’m part of the Marketing team at SoundGen Financial. I work with an incredibly creative group, helping to take the wild ideas that come out of our meetings and turn them into reality. Building a company from the ground up has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. Watching our team grow and getting to know each other along the way has been an amazing journey.
As an artist, this role has given me the chance to expand the “canvases” I create on, bringing visual style and creative direction to everything we do. When I’m not styling the company, you’ll find me salsa or swing dancing, playing the bass clarinet, or belting out karaoke tunes.

I work in marketing at SoundGen, helping grow our social media and build connections through events and pitching. I also run a video production business and have a strong passion for investing.

Omey Nandyal
The CEO
A veteran CEO and CTO with over 35 years of experience building technology companies, architecting enterprise platforms, and leading high-performing engineering teams. As both a founder and executive, Omey has launched and scaled multiple ventures across sectors ranging from nonprofit capacity-building to global gaming systems.
He currently holds C-level positions at multiple startups, including SoundGen Financial, which was born out of his desire to help young college students become entrepreneurs.
His platforms have been used by over 200 nonprofit organizations across the U.S. and by more than 95% of the global slot machine manufacturing industry. His work has helped shape industry standards, secure multi-round venture funding, and deploy high-availability systems that process millions in transactions annually.
Omey is a systems thinker with a passion for modular, scalable solutions that serve real-world needs. He is deeply committed to mentoring leaders, empowering distributed teams, and using technology to create meaningful, measurable impact.
He holds a degree in Computer Science from Purdue University and serves on the Foundation Board of South Puget Sound Community College and the board of The Anonymously Yours Foundation.

Will Van Otten
Product Management | Research & Design | Marketing
A lifelong learner with a non-traditional path, Will's journey to SoundGen Financial began with a background in various roles focused on problem-solving, personal growth, and team leadership. He went back to college at 31, earning his Associates of Science from South Puget Sound Community College and becoming part of their first Entrepreneur Academy cohort—an experience that led directly to the founding of our company. He is now a student at Central Washington University, where he is majoring in physics and minoring in astronomy and mathematics.
As a product leader, Will focuses on modernizing financial aid distribution and creating educational apps that genuinely help people. He brings a unique perspective to his work, combining his hands-on experience with his academic passion for understanding how things work—from business processes to the cosmos. He is a proud member of the Nansemond Indian Nation.
Fun Fact: When he's not developing new ideas or finding new topics to study, you can find Will exploring the outdoors, playing games – both PC and tabletop, or tending to his impressively prolific garden.

Brandon Dille
Developer
Brandon Dille is a co-founder of SoundGen Financial, where he serves as the Company's systems administrator and in-house developer. He holds a degree in Computer Science from South Puget Sound Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Western Washington University. His dual academic background supports his focus on creating user-friendly, secure, and efficient systems that enhance both client and user experiences. He is excited to be a part of the sound gen team and looks forward to seeing the company’s growth.
Outside of work, Brandon enjoys playing bass guitar and participating in tabletop roleplaying games with friends.

Makenna Jenson
Marketing
Makenna is a member of the marketing team, helping to shape the company's voice and connect with our community. Currently a pre-med student and Certified Nursing Assistant, she brings a grounded, people-first perspective to her work. She discovered her passion for entrepreneurship while pursuing a business degree, which led her to join the Entrepreneur Academy cohort and ultimately co-found SoundGen Financial.
Outside of her work, Makenna is a musician, playing the guitar, drums, and piano.
